With careful planning and intricate design, this property was completely reconfigured with a new ground floor extension to the rear, new floor layouts throughout and, new and enlarged window openings to the rear of the property to maximise light and comfort where possible. 

 

During the remodel, we have carefully and discretely installed full air-conditioning and MVHR systems, home automation, controllable lighting, and a bespoke spiral wine cellar.  Beautiful and hand-crafted joinery was installed into highly decorated bedrooms to give that extra something special.  All en-suites have been fitted unique natural stones, textured tiles and luxury fittings including a master steam room.

 

The open plan living space on the ground floor boasts a bespoke kitchen, packed with modern appliances including a very discreet wine cellar built into the tiled floor.  The ground floor space then flows through to a generous dining area and on to a relaxing living area with bifold doors, leading out to a beautiful garden terrace for those sunny days.
